What forms of payment do you accept?
Freckles in the Sun gladly accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express or regular account payments, all through PayPal. If you would prefer to send us a cheque, please email us at: info@frecklesinthesun.com and we will send you further information.

Returns policy
You have the right to cancel your order provided this is done within seven days following the receipt of the item, (except all underwear, which are non refundable). On cancellation of your order, you are under duty to return goods to us in the original condition. You are required to pay for the postage if you wish to return the goods. Note this does not affect your statutory rights. Email info@frecklesinthesun.com to confirm any problems and to organise return and refund.

Faulty items
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at info@frecklesinthesun.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

You have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order.

For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns outside our Returns Policy, please email us at info@frecklesinthesun.com for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of www.frecklesinthesun.com

How secure is this store?

How long will my items take to arrive within the UK?
Freckles in the Sun items are sent Royal Mail (Recorded Signed For) First Class. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. If we encounter any delays you will be notified immediately.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do accept international orders. Freckles in the Sun items are shipped via Royal Mail (International Signed For) First Class. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.

If I register for the Freckles in the Sun newsletter, will my details be secure?
Your details will only be used by Freckles in the Sun for newsletters and updates. We will never pass details onto any 3rd party.
